This project was conducted as part of the CIS 650 (Applying Diversity Theories & Praxis) class during Summer 2023. In my Diversity and Inclusion e-Portfolio, I analyze existing diversity and inclusion responses to The Society of Georgia Archivists largely based in Atlanta Georgia. I propose a range of responsive strategies to further cultural competence and effective leadership in the diverse workforce environment.
